Here are your pre- and post-session instructions.
- This is a live session scheduled for a particular time. If you ordered the session for on-demand access, you may access the session anytime after the live session has concluded by using the incantation below this section. You will receive a series of e-mails with additional instructions regarding your session.
- The session connection is energetic in nature, and there is no telephone or video contact. I recommend that you meditate prior to, during, and directly after your session. If you’re unable to meditate, please sleep or relax as much as possible. Make sure that you remain receptive to my energy during your session and that you drop any energetic barriers prior to the beginning of your session.
- The Angelic Energy Tune-Ups® often stimulate detoxification symptoms for 1-96 hours, with the length of recovery time depending on the healing level of the session. To minimize any symptoms and to efficiently detoxify your system of harmful energy, drink plenty of water and eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables in the days prior to and following your session. After your session is complete, please rest as much as needed; it’s common to be more tired than usual following your session.

Incantation for On-Demand Access
Once you’ve recited the incantation below, your session will proceed exactly the same as the live session did at the original time of completion.
You may access the session anytime after the live session has concluded. The on-demand session always retains all energy from the live session, so the energy cannot “expire” – you will experience the energy as it was the day that the live session was completed, and you will receive any effects of the moon, eclipse, equinox, or other event around which the session was based.
If you purchased any on-demand sessions in Levels 1-3, and if this session is in Levels 1-3, you may run those sessions concurrently. Sessions in Levels 4-5 should be run on their own and should be spaced 3-4 days (72-96 hours) apart. The incantations for the unlimited 7-day and unlimited 30-day on-demand sessions can be found at the on-demand Client Portal. Do not recite the incantation before you are ready to receive the session; the session will begin once you’ve done so.
