There’s a lot of collective fear energy right now, and it’s easy to pick up things that don’t belong to you – or to trigger your own fears that are due for release.
Whenever you feel a fear come up, breathe deeply, recognize the fear for what it is, thank your ego for bringing it to your attention, and release it. If the fear is persistent, you may need to meditate further to quiet your ego – and the fear – or you may need to take a walk or move around to physically release it.
Once you get used to this process, it’ll become second nature, and you’ll be able to quickly release fears as they arise.
